Ways to practice nourishing movements that are suitable and effective for your body. Emphasis will be on finding your own inner teacher and relying less on “doing it right” according to instruction or demonstration

GSY Level 2 Online Course

Theme: Your Healing Journey Continues with the Energy Body and Emotions...

Continuing from the foundation in Level 1, Level 2 expands your self-care tool kit to gift yourself and others.

Some highlights of this course. You will learn:

29 NEW Somatic Movement Flows®
Practices inspired from the body-oriented psychology methods of Core Energetics and Bioenergetics to expand the auric field and balance the chakras
Deeper understanding and embodiment of the GSY philosophical underpinnings, along with meditations to balance the emotional body

Additionally, you have the option to get certified in this method at a later date. This globally recognized credential is supportive for yoga teachers, yoga therapists, bodyworkers, dance teachers, movement educators and other healthcare professionals who would like to expand their scope of practice and add to their skillset. These Somatic Movement Flows® can provide the basis for group classes and/or customized one-on-one therapuetic sessions. You can choose this option now or a later date. *Prerequisite: It is required to complete GSY Level 1 training before moving onto the GSY Level 2 training
